Make use of this recording at least once a day for 21 days, longer if necessary, and not while driving.
Find a quiet place to listen to this recording. Try to use it at a similar time every day. Once the 21-day period is over, we suggest using it once a week for a month, then once a month for 3 months, and then once every six months.
