We do recommend live sessions either here at First State Hypnosis or with a Certified Hypnotist in your immediate area if you have never been hypnotized before or have trouble reaching your goals with an MP3. While anyone with average levels of intelligence can become hypnotized, the exact technique necessary to use can differ with some people. |
